Do our dentists have to add us to anything?
No. Nothing changes on their side, and there is nothing for them to install, approve or learn.
Does the prescription come through, or only the scan?
Both. What your dentist entered and signed at the chair reaches you as case detail, alongside the scan.
What about the dentists who use another scanner?
They arrive in the same place. Taggart connects to the other scanner clouds your dentists use, and every case lands in one inbox.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Taggart is built in Europe for European labs, and it is EU AI Act ready.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on how many scanner accounts you connect and how large your catalogue is. We give you a realistic estimate on the call.
