This page describes what happens to personal data when you visit gettaggart.com. It covers this website only. Using the Taggart application is governed by a separate agreement.
Who is responsible
Taggart, 32 Rue Général Capiaumont, 1040 Etterbeek, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1030.346.569, is the controller for the data described here. You can reach us at contact@gettaggart.com.
Visiting the site
The site is hosted by Vercel and served from the European Union. Our host records the usual technical information needed to deliver a web page, including your IP address, for security and reliability.
Typefaces are served from our own domain. Nothing is requested from Google, and no font provider learns that you visited.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people read the site, which pages they reach and where they arrive from. It does not use cookies. A visitor is recognised through a value derived from the request itself, which is discarded and regenerated every day, so you cannot be followed from one day to the next or from one website to another.
We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. We cannot identify you from it, and we do not attempt to.
Booking a demo
The booking calendar on our demo page is provided by Cal.com, Inc. It loads only on that page. When you book, Cal.com receives what you enter, which is typically your name, email address, timezone and anything you write in the notes, together with your IP address.
Cal.com processes this data in the United States. The safeguards for that transfer are set out in the data processing agreement between Cal.com and us, and you can ask us about them.
We use what you send us to prepare and hold the meeting you asked for, and to follow up about it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner. The complete list of what may be stored on your device is below.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | this site | remembers your language | session |
| __cf_bm | cal.com | bot protection, demo page only | about 30 minutes |
| __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token | cal.com | security, demo page only | session |
| __Secure-next-auth.callback-url | cal.com | booking flow, demo page only | session |
The last three appear only if you open the demo page. Every one of them is needed either to remember a choice you made or to keep the booking secure.
How long we keep things
Analytics is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you. Booking details are kept while we are in contact about a demo and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to us and we will answer.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date above changes too.
